The way students are assessed is an important component to consider in a collaborative project. Students are always keen to have their individual efforts recognised in a team project. At the same time, students need to be rewarded for group work. Therefore the assessments in this section, help students reflect on their experience of working collaboratively, either using ‘Teamwork Assessment' (a formal self and peer assessment) or 'Positive Critique' (an informal group assessment).
This exercise enables students to self reflect on their experience of working in a team and use the same process to peer review their team members.
This tool will help a design team to describe, review, identify and share how they work together in a positive way.
